Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Engagement Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing programs that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work culture, and strengthen team morale. This role focuses on creating meaningful employee experiences through events, activities, and recognition initiatives that reflect Office Beacon’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs that promote collaboration and motivation.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards initiatives to celebrate achievements and milestones.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR leadership and department heads to identify engagement opportunities that improve morale and retention.
  • Coordinate and execute employee wellness programs, including health awareness drives, stress management sessions, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Support and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects and community involvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of engagement activities, participation rates, and feedback reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee engagement and workplace culture to introduce fresh, creative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR engagement, culture development, or employee experience roles.
  • Proven experience organizing corporate events and engagement programs, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute meaningful engagement initiatives.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor and statutory welfare practices related to employee engagement.
