About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to support our Human Resources team in delivering key people initiatives and driving employee engagement. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, analytics, and strategic HR functions while working closely with business leaders. Role & responsibilities Support in planning and execution of employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Help track performance management activities and maintain relevant documentation. Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave trends, etc.). Collaborate with Learning & Development team to coordinate training sessions and track participation. Document employee grievances or feedback and assist in preparing action plans Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance. Coordinate internal communication across departments on HR matters. Assist with ad hoc HR projects, audits, and data analysis tasks. Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
