Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support both the Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions (2 Openings). This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR domains such as onboarding, training, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding & Pre-Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding logistics including documentation, orientation schedules, and system access. Ensure timely completion of pre-onboarding tasks and background checks. Support the onboarding experience for new hires from both L&D and HRBP perspectives. 2. Learning & Development (L&D): Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, graduation ceremonies, and employee development events. Manage training logistics (room bookings, virtual links, material prep, attendance tracking). Collect and analyze training feedback for continuous improvement. 3. HRBP Support & Employee Engagement: Partner with HRBPs on initiatives related to employee relations, engagement, surveys, and performance reviews. Coordinate HR processes such as internal movements, promotions, and exit formalities. Support data collection for HR metrics and assist in creating reports/dashboards. 4. Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain HR records, employee data, and training documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with different HR functions (TA, L&D, Compensation) to ensure smooth delivery of services. Stay updated on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Preferred Experience: 01 years of internship or volunteer experience in HR or related functions. Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools and virtual platforms like Zoom/Teams is a plus. Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Adaptable, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
