We're are looking out for the candidates who would be interested to join for the internship in HRBP and Talent Acquisition Tenure : 6months Mode: Work from office Location : Hyderabad Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner Intern to support our HR team. As an HRBP Intern, you will assist in aligning business objectives with HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: Support the HRBP team in implementing HR initiatives and programs. Conduct research and analyze data to inform HR-related business decisions. Assist in employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR events. Develop and maintain HR-related documentation and reports. Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs. Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements : Current enrollment in Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
