Objectives of the Role Collaborate with the GM HR to understand hiring needs across departments (e.g., Production, Quality, Design, Merchandising, etc.). Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing strategies and databases. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to strategize and implement effective hiring plans tailored to the garment manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and publish job descriptions based on current and future hiring requirements. Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and maintain a structured and updated candidate database. Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Contribute to optimizing recruitment processes and strategies to meet dynamic business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal). Proficient in using job boards, social media recruiting tools, and productivity software. Strong ability to evaluate candidate fit through thorough screening and interviews. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Modern HR tech. Eagerness for continuous professional growth through networking, training, and industry engagement.
