Key Responsibilities: New Project Development (Expansion): Assist in feasibility studies, site inspections, and preparing business cases for new outlets. Support in preparing , timelines, and resource plans for project rollouts. Supervise fit-outs, construction, renovations, and handovers to operations teams. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and Vendors for approvals and timely execution. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and brand standards during all projects. Monitor project progress and highlight deviations in cost, time, or quality. Prepare and present progress reports and dashboards to management. Manage procurement of furniture, fixtures, kitchen equipment, and ensure quality checks. Ensure that assigned projects and tasks are completed on time with regular status updates to the reporting manager/team. Project Maintenance & Facility Management: Address daily maintenance issues across outlets and escalate when required. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for utilities, HVAC, and kitchen equipment. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for smooth facility operations. Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and vendor performance. Optimize repair and maintenance costs while ensuring service quality. Conduct periodic inspections of outlets to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Implement energy-saving and cost-efficient maintenance practices. Reporting to Management: Prepare weekly reports on new projects and maintenance activities. Track and report milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management. Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams for seamless coordination. Manage vendor/contractor negotiations and maintain strong professional relationships. Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 4+ years of experience in project rollouts and facility maintenance within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality. Strong background in fit-outs, construction management, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Google Sheet and project management tools. Knowledge of building codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations. Strong multitasking, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Languages: - English, Hindi,Kannada ( Other Languages ) Should have good knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, kitchen equipment matter and other maintenance works.
