Job Description

  • Employee Lifecycle:

    Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and exits, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Employee Relations:

    Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:

    Support the performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Talent Development:

    Assist in identifying and developing talent, supporting leadership development and succession planning.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining compliance across HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    • MBA in Human Resources or related field (mandatory).
  • Experience:

    • 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP or in a similar role.
    • Preferably experience in healthcare or related industries.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Expertise in Recruitment, HR Ops, Grievance Handling, performance management, HR policies, and compliance.
