As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in the recruitment and management of employees. Your responsibilities will include designing job descriptions, advertising job openings, and overseeing the hiring process. You will also be involved in orienting new employees, training existing staff, and monitoring employee performance. In this role, you will assist in performance management processes, communicate with staff regarding issues affecting their performance, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and digital formats and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources and have 0-2 years of relevant experience in the field. You must have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Being able to protect the interests of all employees, understanding HR functions and best practices, and proficiency in MS Office are also required. Familiarity with HRMS is considered a plus.
