Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling Voice Process / Medical Billing / RCM
Education:
Minimum qualification: 10+2
5lpa - 38,000 per month (after deductions)
US Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday
2-way cab facility (within 25 km radius)
Ecospace, Bangalore
Notice Period:
Immediate joiners to 15 days maximum
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of RCM & AR Calling process

1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
2. Provide product information and support to customers

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
1. Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
1. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
2. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
