Job Description
We are looking for a Hub IN charge to manage and oversee last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics processes, rider management, and hub operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise last-mile delivery operations.
Handle rider hiring, allocation, scheduling, and backup planning.
Ensure smooth functioning of hub operations on a daily basis.
Possess strong knowledge of localities, pin codes, and routes for operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively in the local language for better coordination with riders and customers.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in logistics/last-mile operations/hub management preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet operational targets.
