Role & responsibilities:

Safety Leadership:
Implement
ISO 45001
policies, conduct
risk assessments
, and lead
on-site audits/inspections
.
Environmental Stewardship:
Ensure
ISO 14001 compliance
, focus on
waste/energy efficiency
, and meet all
regulatory adherence
.
Incident Management:
Lead
incident protocols
(including
root cause analysis
), implement
corrective actions
, and manage
Emergency Response Plans
.
Compliance & Training:
Master
Indian HSE/Labour Laws
(e.g., Factories Act) and deliver
impactful HSE training
to embed a safety culture.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience:

25 years
of hands-on HSE expertise within demanding environments (
Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Industrial Operations
).
Credentials:
Bachelor's/Diploma in a relevant field.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Mastery:
Proven expertise in
Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation,
and deep knowledge of
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
standards and Indian EHS legislation.
Soft Skills:
A natural
leader and influencer
with superior communication, analytical skills, and the integrity to drive a lasting cultural change.
