Job Description

HSE Manager

We are hiring an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international standards
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions
Ensure food safety protocols align with HSE standards
Deliver training and awareness sessions for staff and site teams
Maintain HSE documentation and prepare reports for senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 7 years in HSE roles, preferably in the catering or food service industry
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is mandatory
Familiarity with ISO standards (45001/14001) is a plus

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹166,000.00 - ₹238,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
