Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the effective implementation of the HSEMS (Health, Safety & Environmental Management System) across the site.
Ensure Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) / Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is carried out for every activity performed by the Site/Facility team.
Conduct Safety Training sessions and Safety Motivation programs to enhance awareness and safe work practices.
Ensure the Site SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) team/management complies with client contractual requirements, while also gathering feedback from customers for continuous improvement.
Prepare and circulate monthly HSE statistical reports, presentations, audit reports, and inspection reports, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
Organize and conduct regular Safety Meetings to review performance, address issues, and promote a safe working culture.
