Role & responsibilities Ensure the effective implementation of the HSEMS (Health, Safety & Environmental Management System) across the site. Ensure Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) / Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is carried out for every activity performed by the Site/Facility team. Conduct Safety Training sessions and Safety Motivation programs to enhance awareness and safe work practices. Ensure the Site SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) team/management complies with client contractual requirements, while also gathering feedback from customers for continuous improvement. Prepare and circulate monthly HSE statistical reports, presentations, audit reports, and inspection reports, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping. Organize and conduct regular Safety Meetings to review performance, address issues, and promote a safe working culture.
The Finance Business Partner OTR will act as a business partner to the Head of OTR and Project Managers. The role is responsible for the financial execution and control of all projects post order receipt, safeguarding project profitability and driving financial discipline across execution. Project Finance & Control Maintain accurate project accounting records. Drive cost control and ensure adherence to budgets. Review and approve all project-related purchases & expenses (PO Approval). Prepare and update project EAC (Estimate at Completion) forecasts. Manage working capital including billing and collections. Analyze delivered margin vs. bid margin and report variances. Ensure accurate financial tracking of change orders. Act as the custodian of OTR KPIs (Revenue, Delivered Margin, Cash Collection)
