Lead end-to-end HSE operations for multiple township / residential / high-rise projects
Establish, implement & monitor project-specific HSE strategies
Drive Zero Accident & Zero Incident culture across all sites
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws, client standards & international best practices
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations
Lead HSE audits, inspections & emergency preparedness drills
Manage and mentor site HSE teams (Managers, Engineers, Officers & Supervisors)
Coordinate with Project Directors, Clients, Consultants & Govt Authorities
Handle major incidents, root cause analysis & corrective action plans
Deliver HSE dashboards, MIS & management reports to senior leadership
