As the Manager HR Delivery for Japan HR Shared Services at our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing HR service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders. Your leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and experience in driving continuous improvements will be key in ensuring the success of our HR shared services team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR team and stakeholders, fostering robust relationships and alignment with client expectations. - Lead HR service delivery for a team of 25+ Japanese bilingual professionals, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. - Inspire and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. - Spearhead process optimization initiatives and strategically manage resource allocation to maximize efficiency. - Oversee financial governance for projects, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role within shared services/global HR. - Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills. - Proficiency in Japanese language (Min N3 or above) and extensive experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery models, process governance, and SLA management. - Proven expertise in strategic financial governance and outstanding leadership capabilities.
