Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, Workforce Data Admin
This role is crucial in supporting the optimization of workforce performance through data update, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce analytics, operational support, and collaboration across functions including payroll.Responsibilities.1.BGC & Onboarding Process Management:oSupervise pre-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and background check initiation.oCoordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for pre-employment check status tracking, escalations, and closure.oEnsure onboarding platform updates (Oracle Taleo or similar) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.oEnsure compliance with onboarding checklists, SLAs, and documentation standards.
2.Data Handling and Validation:oCollect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.oConduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.oManage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle.oTrack and resolve data discrepancies and errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.3.Employee Data Management & Governance:oOversee and/or execute end-to-end employee master data administration (hires, personal data & organizational/job changes, positions, terminations, etc.) in HRIS platform.oMaintain data integrity and ensure accuracy through validation and regular audit checks.oAct as a control point for high-risk or sensitive HR transactions and escalations.oReview bulk uploads and mass changes to employee data for compliance and accuracy.oQueue management - case triaging & closure.4.Process Ownership & SLA Management:oEnsure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and standard operating procedures across the data administration lifecycle.oSupport or lead operational planning for high-volume changes such as org-wide promotions, year-end reviews, or system migrations.oEnsure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal data governance policies.oMaintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes.5.Stakeholder Engagement:oCollaborate with HRBPs, payroll, onboarding, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data, BGC and employee onboarding.oAct as a liaison between operational teams and global HR teams for issue resolution and data integrity assurance.6.Process Optimization:oIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement in workforce data administration.oDrive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve first-time-right performance.oHandle escalations or exceptions related to data transactions and coordinate corrective actions.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field..Proven experience in Workforce Data Admin or a related role, with a background in leadership..Proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)..HCM tool experience - Oracle preferred..Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable..Excellent verbal and written communication skills..Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills.Certifications in project management or data analytics..Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders..Familiarity with workforce analytics and audit-readiness practices..Strong leadership and interpersonal skills..Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving..Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
