Role & Responsibilities

  • Review scanned document, validate as per required & upload in the HCM tool
  • Sharing report to customer with missing data
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume transactions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and escalated information & drive accuracy

Qualification

  • 1-2 years experience in HR stream
  • Bachelors degree (Any Stream)
  • Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
  • Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability

Preferred skill sets

  • Eye for detail
  • Knowledge of Success Factors tool
  • Knowledge of UK region
