Job Description

Having at least 3 years of experience of HRMSof 1500 employee in COTS application preferably in PeopleSoft.

Good People management, Mentoring and TeamBuilding skills.

HRMS Application Implementation, training andsupport.

Work with clients on Implementation of HRMS/ Payroll Application.

Ensuring accurate use of various modules like Recruitment, Performance, Tour, Payroll and Transfer.

Communicate with business users at clientlocation.

Coordinate with onsite project lead fortechnical development.

Expected to have very good Functional Technical experience in Peoplesoft/ Oracle, Core HR and Talent Management.

MIS Reporting and handholding.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

Technically sound in order to understand therequirement of the client.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegatethem when appropriate.

Educationand Experience:

MBA/BCA/ B.Tech

Aminimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS
