HRMS Helpdesk Executive

As the HRMS Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective support to employees for all HRMS-related queries and issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HRMS-related matters. - Logging, categorizing, and tracking all helpdesk tickets using systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshdesk. - Troubleshooting and resolving basic system issues independently or escalating complex issues to the relevant technical teams or vendor support. - Supporting HR functions by assisting with data entry, reporting, and system updates within the HRMS. - Contributing to onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle data maintenance processes. - Conducting regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy policies. - Collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and new features. - Creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and process documentation. - Providing training and support to end-users on HRMS navigation and features. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, helpdesk support, or HRMS-related roles. - Preference for familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
