HRIS Specialist

As a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS to efficiently collect, retrieve, and utilize employee information for Human Resource planning and activities. Your role will involve managing internal database files, creating custom reports, and modifying existing HRIS to adapt to changing demands. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Compensation COE for configuring semi/annual compensation processes and may act as a liaison between the HR department and MIS/IT function. In this role, your essential duties and responsibilities will include managing projects and process improvement initiatives, recommending process enhancements, performing system configurations and upgrades, generating reports, responding to employee queries, and overseeing the compensation module and processes. You will also work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations and troubleshoot any HRIS issues. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with SuccessFactors and HRIS. Your skills should include proficiency in qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design, SuccessFactors configuration, Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Your communication skills should be strong, both verbally and in writing, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Moreover, your understanding of the broader business context and your ability to prioritize time and resources effectively will be essential in driving maximum impact in this role.,
