Job Description

Position Summary

The HRIS Implementation Specialist - Integrations & Security is responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining integrations between HRIS platforms and external systems while ensuring data security, access control, and compliance with organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations with payroll, benefits, and other systems.
  • Configure and monitor API, SFTP, and middleware connections (e.g. SingleComm, Workday Studio).
  • Define and manage role-based access controls and security permissions.
  • Conduct data privacy and security audits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or security issues during migration.
  • Document system architecture and integration processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HRIS or integration experience with a strong technical background.
  • Proficiency in APIs, data mapping, and middleware technologies.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Workday Studio
