As an Analyst, HRIS at TransPerfect, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing global HRIS operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth HRIS functioning. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** - Own configuration for assigned areas and provide guidance across all configuration aspects - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, implement solutions, and lead project activities - Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with teams for quick resolutions - Lead Workday releases, optimization of Workday SKUs, and other HR system implementation projects - Maintain and enhance business process configuration - Train and mentor new team members when necessary **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure Workday settings and provide coaching on configuration areas - Translate business needs into requirements, implement solutions, and lead project activities - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues - Set up and maintain Workday security, including user IDs, passwords, and role-based permissions - Participate in Workday releases and optimization projects - Identify opportunities to enhance current business processes - Create documentation for configuration and security changes - Communicate and collaborate with team members, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders - Train and mentor new team members - Handle special projects or duties as required **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in Workday configuration - Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work under pressure in structured and unstructured environments - Strong consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Proficiency in written and verbal English communication In addition, if you have experience in Workday implementation and configuration, the ability to multitask, coordinate with stakeholders, and exhibit proactive problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
