The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and partner to employees and management within the Business operations organization, specifically working during evening and night shifts. The role primarily focuses on managing employee relations, on boarding, conducting one-on-one interactions, facilitating smooth employee exits, and ensuring seamless induction processes. This position plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring HR practices align with company policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes during the night shift.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Proactively foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage the end-to-end on-boarding process for new hires working the night shift.
- Conduct employee induction sessions, ensuring that new employees are informed about company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Provide support and guidance to new hires, helping them adjust and integrate smoothly into their roles.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to gauge their job satisfaction, identify concerns, and provide support.
- Actively listen to employee feedback and provide constructive solutions to address any issues or challenges.
- Escalate recurring or serious concerns for timely resolution.
- Oversee the exit process for employees who leave the organization during the night shift.
- Conduct exit interviews, document feedback, and analyse trends to improve retention.
- Ensure that departing employees are properly off boarded, including final documentation and input for settlement of dues.
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are followed by night-shift employees.
- Work with compliance and payroll in accordance with labour laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance within the organization.
- Assist in updating and communicating policies that are specific to night-shift operations.
- Assist in managing performance evaluations, PIP and identifying development needs for night-shift employees.
- Work with managers to identify key performance indicators and ensure regular feedback is provided to employees.
- Support employees and management through performance improvement plans as needed.
- Plan/execute engagement activities that cater specifically to the night-shift workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee retention and morale improvement.
- Address the unique needs of night-shift employees to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/KPO or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, on boarding.
- Medical allowances: (5Lakhs- Yearly)
- Shift Allowances: INR 250 per day
- Cab facility: 2 Way Transport
