Job Description

Role Overview: As a new team member joining the Human Capital Team at Arcesium in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to overall HR processes. You will actively interact with employees on the ground and contribute to shaping their office experience, thereby making a meaningful impact on the organization's culture. Key Responsibilities: - Gain exposure to the Business Partner role in a dynamic business environment. - Support in maintaining the firm's culture through day-to-day interactions. - Assist in brainstorming and executing HRBP initiatives and engagement activities at a unit level. - Help in connecting with employees, gathering feedback, and providing insights to leaders. - Support in implementing centrally designed HR processes at the business unit level. - Learn to address people-related queries with guidance from the team. - Aid in collating data, performing analysis, and preparing reports to facilitate decision-making. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute fresh perspectives. Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn about the HRBP function. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset and basic proficiency in data handling (Excel/PPT). Understanding of Advanced Excel/Power BI/Power Automate is a plus. - Enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
