Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our GCC operations from our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, Talent Management, employee engagement, policy governance, and HR technology, with experience supporting large-scale teams and cross-border operations. This role requires a proactive HR leader who can partner with business stakeholders, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational governance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership

    : Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals and objectives.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning:

    Support workforce planning and talent readiness; ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and business needs.
  • Onboarding:

    Ensure seamless onboarding experience by coordinating pre-joining formalities with the stakeholders, Day 1 readiness, HR compliance and integration touchpoints to drive new hire engagement and retention.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Foster a positive and inclusive work culture across teams through proactive engagement, conflict resolution, feedback mechanisms and visibility to the required stakeholders
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Collaborate on region-specific compensation strategies and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent by partnering with business leaders.
  • Policy Governance & Compliance:

    Adapt and execute all HR statutory compliances as per labour laws.
  • Performance Management:

    Drive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • HR Technology & Automation:

    Lead the adoption of HR tech platforms and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • HR Analytics & Metrics:

    Monitor and analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery.
  • HR Innovation & AI Integration:

    Bring Innovative AI ideas to streamline processes and elevate employee experiences across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in leading large teams and establishing new office locations from the ground up.
  • Successfully launched and managed operations across multiple locations, demonstrating strong execution and leadership capabilities.
  • Possesses deep expertise in leading change management initiatives and overseeing complex organizational integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
