Role Description

This is an unpaid internship HR & Volunteer Management role based in New Delhi with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves coordinating volunteer activities, managing volunteer schedules, assisting in HR functions, and supporting community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and volunteer management
• Experience in event coordination and community engagement is a plus
• Passion for sustainability and social impact
