Role Description

This is an unpaid role for HR & Volunteer Management. The intern will help manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and engagement. They will assist in developing HR strategies, maintaining personnel records, facilitating training sessions, and supporting event planning and execution. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR strategies, recruitment, and onboarding
• Skills in volunteer coordination, engagement, and event planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of HR software and management tools
• Passion for environmental sustainability and community service
• Relevant educational background or coursework in Human Resources, Management, or related field
