HR UM FINANCE HEAD

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Qualification: MBA / MHA / PG or UG in HR, Finance, or related field

• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance processes.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.

Finance & Accounts

• Oversee daily accounting activities, cash flow, and expense management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial planning and reviews.

Operations Support

• Assist in coordinating operations related to tours, ticketing, and travel services.
• Monitor business expenses and ensure cost efficiency in operations.
• Liaise with departments to streamline administrative and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
