Position:HR Trainer

Job Description: The HR Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing,
and overseeing training programs that improve the skills and capabilities of
employees within an organization. This role involves identifying training
needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and
evaluating the effectiveness of programs. The HR Trainer ensures that employees
are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles
effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Proficiency
in using software’s SAP, Success factor, Workday, HR Analytics and HR Audit, HR
BP & HRIS
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of human resource management processes and
best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
engage and motivate learners through innovative teaching methods. Strong
organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify training needs across
different departments. Collaborate with management and employees to understand
skill gaps and areas for improvement. Analyze trends, feedback, and performance
data to determine specific training requirements.
Curriculum and Program Development: Design and develop training programs,
workshops, and materials tailored to the organization's needs. Create learning
modules that cover a range of topics including compliance, leadership
development, technical skills, soft skills, and more. Develop eLearning content
and other digital training resources.
Software: Proficiency in using software’s SAP, Success factor, Workday,
HR Analytics,
Delivery of Training: Lead and facilitate training sessions for new hires,
existing employees, and managers. Use a variety of instructional techniques
such as role-playing, group discussions, and simulations. Provide one-on-one
coaching as needed to ensure employee development.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through
evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training
programs based on feedback and results. Measure the ROI of training programs
and report findings to senior management.
Candidate Development: Support employees in developing their careers through
mentorship and personalized development plans. Assist with onboarding of new
employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Foster
a learning culture within the organization by encouraging ongoing development
and self-improvement.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all training programs meet legal, regulatory,
and organizational requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee training
activities and certifications. Generate regular reports on training outcomes,
including attendance, progress, and certifications.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with HR colleagues and department managers
to align training efforts with organizational goals. Provide guidance and
support to managers in training their teams. Stay updated with the latest
trends in training, development, and HR best practices.
