Proficiency in using software’s SAP, Success factor, Workday, HR Analytics and HR Audit, HR BP & HRIS Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of human resource management processes and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners through innovative teaching methods. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify training needs across different departments. Collaborate with management and employees to understand skill gaps and areas for improvement. Analyze trends, feedback, and performance data to determine specific training requirements. Curriculum and Program Development: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to the organization's needs. Create learning modules that cover a range of topics including compliance, leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and more. Develop eLearning content and other digital training resources.
