HR Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to gain practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
