Identify and recruit qualified technical candidates (engineers, technicians, etc.)
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Conduct technical screening interviews or coordinate with technical panels
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Organize orientation programs specifically tailored to technical roles
Preference will also be given to candidates with a technical qualification.
Ensure smooth integration of employees into projects, systems, and compliance protocols.
The office is located in Mukkotharara, approximately 5 km from Erumely and 20 km from Ranni. Candidates residing nearby will be given preference.
