Job Description

As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees, ensuring a smooth transition. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and updating internal databases accurately. Your involvement in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events and recognition programs, will contribute to a positive work environment. It is essential to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of employee data at all times. The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-6 months of relevant experience. The job location is at Artha SEZ, Greater Noida West. This is a full-time position that requires your active participation on-site.
