Job Description

Role Overview: At UKG, your work matters as the HR Technology Coord III. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing HR technology solutions, ensuring smooth system operations, resolving technical issues, and providing day-to-day support to COE stakeholders and employees. You will collaborate with COE stakeholders, HR Technologists, and IT to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and continuous system improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day case management support, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for prompt remediation - Monitor daily audits within HR Technology and apply updates as needed - Administer, perform, and maintain applications within the HR Technology portfolio - Manage system security, ensuring proper access levels for HR users and other employees - Assist in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption - Execute testing strategies and plans, including creating detailed test scripts for QA and Regression testing - Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Generate and prepare reports from HR systems including compliance, workforce analytics, and performance data - Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation such as SOWs, SOPs, System User Guides, etc. - Maintain data integrity through creation of configuration controls, standards, processes, and regular data audits - Stay updated on new HR system features, best practices, and industry trends for continuous system improvement - Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems with other enterprise systems - Provide support during audits or compliance checks to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements - Act as a liaison between HR department and IT or software vendors for system-related issues - Participate in other projects or tasks as assigned Qualifications: - Fluent in English - Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferred, or equivalent experience - 2-4 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis in an enterprise-wide HR system or multiple systems - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently - Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting - Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups - Cognos Business Intelligence experience preferred (or similar report writing tools) - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Self-starter requiring minimal supervision - Proficient in documentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills - Proficient in data gathering and data processing skills (Note: The additional details of the company from the JD have been omitted as it was not explicitly mentioned in the job description provided.),
