Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics to support workforce planning and HR strategy.
Monitor and analyze HR performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Oversee the integrity, security, and confidentiality of HR data.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all HR tech solutions.
Maintain accurate and accessible records to support audits and reporting requirements.
Partner with HR leaders to identify technology and analytics needs that align with organizational goals.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure system implementation and support.
Provide training and support to HR staff on new tools and technologies.
Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by promoting technology adoption and innovative solutions.
Lead projects to optimize the employee experience through digital solutions.
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR technology, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
