Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our HR team as Trainee Recruiters, assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation
• Participate in HR training sessions and workshops
• Maintain records and help in recruitment reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Team player with basic understanding of HR processes
