Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles.

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

 Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

 Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.

 Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

 Track recruitment metrics.

Required Skills

 Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

 2 – 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.

 Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).

 Excellent communication( Hindi, Malayalam, English) and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
