Key Responsibility

  • Manage PMS implementation, including coordinating with managers for setting performance goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews and feedback.

  • Analyse PMS data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance PMS processes for organizational alignment.

  • Gather and integrate employee feedback to refine performance management practices.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads.

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.

  • Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) to build skills and knowledge.

  • Curate and maintain training resources to support continuous employee development.

  • Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as required.

  • Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by guiding employees on career growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and certifications.

Qualification

Maters in HR / Business Administration
5+ years of HR experience with focus on PMS and L& D

Preferred Qualification

Certification in Performance Management Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP)

Experience using data analytics tools for performance assessment.

Familiarity with HR software systems for managing performance and learning.

Skills Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Performance Management & Learning & Development

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in LMS, HRMS, and performance management software.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality training solutions.

  • Passion for employee growth and performance enhancement.
