Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of statutory compliance, employee benefits, and the ability to work closely with third-party vendors to ensure the company's HR processes are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory schemes. - Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, PF submissions, and ESIC contributions in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines. - Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities as required for compliance, including PF and ESIC challans, returns, and audits. - Collaborate with internal HR teams on various employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
