HR Sourcing & Recruiting Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Sourcing & Recruiting Intern. The intern will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates, managing HR databases, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities. Daily tasks will also include maintaining employee records, assisting with employee benefit programs, and providing general HR support.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Pursuing or completed a degree

Must be above 18 years of age

Minimum 3 months of internship duration

Must be located in India

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Hindi

Ready to start immediately

Willing to do an unpaid internship for 3 months

Willing  with performance-based stipend for 3 months

Timing:- 9AM to 6PM

Age:- Above 18

Qualification- Minimum Pursuing Graduation I

Internship Duration- Minimum 3 Months & Maximum 6 Months
