HR Service Delivery Specialist

Role Overview: As an HR Service Delivery Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance, productivity, and business agility through data analysis reporting. Your main focus will be on collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to facilitate informed decision-making. You will also be required to drive operational excellence within the team and support various initiatives to enhance team performance and engagement. This role may involve working in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Have an in-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture for different geographies - Drive activities to meet requirements such as timelines, quality, and costs - Drive Operational Excellence within the team and support OE Focal - Raise relevant quality and/or scope issues that may impact delivery and streamline decision-making processes - Understand existing metrics in the process, improve the measurement system, and liaise with the Service Management Team on reporting performance measures - Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems - Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically - Create a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for project segments - Document progress, issues, and agreements properly and act upon them - Provide team members with clear direction, career planning, and succession planning - Conduct/support training for regional teams and onboard new team members - Enhance team morale and engagement through bonding exercises and activities - Ensure team awareness of goals, evaluation process, and ability to explain the process - Act as an escalation and resolution point for team members on people-related queries Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in HR service delivery or related field Note: This role at Accenture requires you to work in rotational shifts.,
