The team works in partnership with recruitment teams to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the aim of generating candidates, creating talent pools and delivering against recruitment and growth targets.The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for the efficient way to source and lead the in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Product Solutions, Tech & Engineering, Trading, Supply Chain, Corporate, Controllers, HR, IT, Procurement, and TAX) and in line with the client's professional recruiting process.
