About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Resourcing Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and support workforce readiness for our hospitals, corporates, and homecare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, college tie-ups, and physiotherapy institutes.
• Recruit healthcare professionals: GDA, ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Caretakers, Physiotherapists.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews to meet client staffing requirements.
• Maintain a database of standby and available candidates.
• Handle onboarding, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Track attrition rates and ensure replacement readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing and physiotherapy colleges.
• Prepare weekly recruitment and availability reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified HR Professional (Graduate / Postgraduate in HR preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or manpower resourcing
• Freshers can test your potential.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or allied services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate candidate databases.
