About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Operations & Coordination Executive to join our growing healthcare staffing and homecare operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day deployment, coordination, and communication between clients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process manpower requests from hospitals, corporates, and homecare clients.
• Deploy suitable healthcare professionals (GDA, ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Physiotherapists, Caretakers) as per requirement.
• Maintain and monitor duty rosters, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Arrange replacements or backups promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Coordinate with hospital administrative teams for seamless operations.
• Manage direct homecare clients—update shifts, collect family feedback, and ensure service continuity.
• Submit daily operation reports and highlight problem areas to the Business Head & Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Management preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare coordination, staffing, or operations.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong follow-up, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Documentation.
