Operations & Coordination Executive

As the Operations & Coordination Executive for a growing astrology app, your primary responsibility will be to support the backend functioning of the platform. You will play a crucial role in connecting users with professional astrologers and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective management and coordination. Your key responsibilities will include calling and interviewing astrologers who have applied to be listed on our platform, shortlisting the best candidates based on their communication skills and professionalism, assisting with onboarding and profile setup for new astrologers, coordinating with astrologers on a daily basis to ensure their availability and resolve basic queries, maintaining updated records of schedules, activity, and feedback, acting as the communication bridge between the internal team and the astrologers, and handling follow-ups, reminders, and timely responses to operational concerns. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills in Hindi and English, have prior experience in operations, telecalling, HR coordination, or support roles, be comfortable speaking with professionals and conducting interviews, demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage schedules, calls, and follow-ups efficiently, have a basic understanding of how mobile apps work, and exhibit a professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
