Operations & Coordination Executive

As an Operations & Coordination Executive at our company, your role will involve managing client onboarding, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your excellent English communication skills, strong coordination ability, and basic computer knowledge will be essential in handling documentation and reporting effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct client/partner onboarding through calls, emails, and follow-ups. - Coordinate and maintain effective communication between clients, suppliers, and partners. - Handle incoming queries promptly and provide accurate resolutions. - Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and client requirements. - Prepare, maintain, and update necessary documentation and reports. - Support the operations team with timely deliverables. - Escalate critical issues to the management team when required. **Requirements:** - Excellent English communication (verbal & written). - International client-handling experience (preferred). - Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Documentation). - Willingness to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. - Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). In this role, you are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal and coordination skills, attention to detail with multitasking ability, a client-focused problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
