Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Level 3)- HR REPORTING/ HR Data Analyst Experience: 4 - 6 Years in HR Reporting Job Location: Chennai, India Job Description: Preparation of excel reports for HR Stakeholders on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly as required by COEs and HR Analysts supporting business (Payroll, Colleague experience and Retention). Monthly/Quarterly regulatory reports for HR stakeholders consisting of Monthly/Quarterly Excel spreadsheet analysis & Power Point Presentation Ad-hoc and recurring slides/presentation requests by HR stakeholders based on changing priorities / emerging needs Support on data preparation and validation tasks for workforce studies and other reports Power BI Knowledge is an added advantage Excel Macro Skill is an added advantage Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries in the USA and APAC regions. Update and maintain HR systems with personnel data, absence records, and employee documents. Support global mobility, including visa services and relocation administration. Ensure local regulatory complaince and collaborate with stakeholders for HR operations. Qualification and Professional Experience: Any Bachelor degree from a recognized university 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR Reporting Strong expertise in data visualization and analytics tools. Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting. HR Generalist/ HRBP/ HR Operations. Technical Abilities: Strong interpretation skill and ability to efficiently evaluate process implications. Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel & Power Point is Must & Power BI, Excel Macros is added advantage) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent team player with good soft skills Ability to work with cross-cultural teams Data analytics must Regards, Sangeetha R
