Job Description

Must-Have Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL, EFL, Business English, or Academic English)
  • Knowledge of grammar, phonetics, and pronunciation training
  • Ability to design and deliver structured training modules
  • Hands-on experience with online and offline teaching tools
  • Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills

Good-to-Have Expertise:

  • Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent
  • Experience with IELTS/TOEFL/PTE training
  • Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms
  • Multilingual proficiency for better learner support
  • Exposure to corporate or soft skills training
