Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including headhunting and niche hiring.
Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in lateral hiring roles.
