Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including headhunting and niche hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in lateral hiring roles.
